To find user opinions for App Store applications you can either surf through the iTunes App Store reviews, subscribe to/read reviews from an application review website, or ask someone what their opinion is.
What if you could also receive recommendations from within an application that you already own?

Even though live TV on the iPhone is not here yet, what would it mean for existing contracts if it does come in the near future? Could it possibly be an add in for the next generation iPhone or would it be just another fee? My assumption is… another fee.
