Here is a great little video tip about Exposé and Spaces from Tekzilla Daily. You can use both Exposé and Spaces at the same time when you have all of your Spaces viewable. Watch the video to see an example of the tip in action.

The keyboard shortcut combination would be Fn+F8 to view all spaces, then F3 to activate Exposé. After you do this you can move specific application screens to different spaces.
